Monday Music

I had this one pop into my head this weekend and I got a mild internal chuckle out of it, so why not?

I get my cast off Wednesday morning, so hopefully this is the last Monday in which I can’t fit both hands into my pockets.

  1. I like Alanis, though I’m not an uber-fan…I have to admit this song always makes me smile.

    Compared to some of her earlier “live” performances of this, they REALLY toned down her Canadian accent when they brought her into the US mainstream.

    It was surprising to compare the various arrangements and sounds thanks to youtube’s related videos.

    Agreed. There were a LOT of different ones. I took this one because she sounded a little less…nasal.

    I’m not a big fan, but I like a couple of her tunes quite a bit. “Ironic” being my fave. This one just struck me funny when I thought of it, given ye circumstances…
